  So so poor, my wife's and my experience of this site & after sales is such a let down to the brand perception.
  We are not far from the entry level of the marque's fleet, having bought an X1, and the initial buying experience was as you might expect being made to feel welcome & treat well in the purchase of a nice vehicle with ones triple the cost close to where you sign on the line - we were very happy & I'm sure that if you don't have any issues with your shiny new purchase then your experience would remain pleasurable if all you have to attend the dealership for in the time after is for your vehicle's annual service.
  However, if you have problems with your cherished BMW and we have had more than our share with (bar the exception of one serious safety related fault) many little maintenance issues with our car resulting in us having to attend the dealership more times in the last 3 years than I can accurately remember, but to say this would be in excess of 20 times would not be an exaggeration in the slightest.
  Subsequently our experience with the brand is not what you would expect from a prestige marque and particularly our relationship with the after sales side of the site is damaged & strained beyond repair, even attending for routine maintenance now is a strain. My longer than usual review (I'm usually a two liner) does not even remotely scratch the surface of our distain & overall appalling experience with Lloyd's suffice to say that the only solace I take from our troubles is the certainty that we will never buy from them again, we love our car but can't wait until next year when we are then free to go elsewhere & start afresh.
